With over a decade of hands-on experience in companion animal medicine, our speaker brings a deep passion for internal medicine and oncology to every clinical discussion. After earning her Integrated Master’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Évora in 2014, she embarked on an international journey of advanced learning and practical experience.

Her early career included a unique internship across two continents—spending time at North Shore Veterinary Hospital in Sydney, Australia, and Montenegro Veterinary Hospital in Porto, Portugal—exposing her to diverse medical approaches and enriching her clinical foundation.

She’s actively engaged in both national and international veterinary congresses, continuously seeking to expand her knowledge and stay at the forefront of veterinary advancements. Over the years, she has pursued a series of specialized qualifications, including:

- Level I Ultrasound Course at Improve International (2018)
- Continuing Education Program in Veterinary Oncology at the Institute of Public Health, University of Porto (2019)
- Postgraduate Degree in Internal Medicine I at ESAVS, Utrecht (2021)
- Postgraduate Degree in Veterinary Oncology at Improve Veterinary Education (2022–2023)

Her clinical focus centers on oncology and internal medicine, where she has played a pivotal role in developing oncology services within reputable veterinary hospitals.
She is deeply committed to improving the quality of life for animals facing complex medical conditions and brings that empathy and precision to every case she handles.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she connects effortlessly with pet owners and colleagues from diverse backgrounds, making her a valued contributor to our international veterinary community.
